What I build, and how I keep it running
Every engagement starts with a written scope and a fixed price, and ends with software your crew actually uses. Most clients stay on monthly support afterward, because businesses keep changing.

Common questions
Why not just build it myself with an AI tool?
You might be able to, and for a simple form or an internal list, that can be the right call. Custom software earns its keep when it has to handle real customer data, several users, payments, and daily use by your crew. That's where most do-it-yourself builds stall, and I can pick up what you've already started.
Do I own the software?
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, you own the custom code written for your business, and your data is always yours. You can export it any time, and if you ever leave the support plan, you get a complete copy of the code and your data. You're never locked in.
The one exception is the general-purpose building blocks I reuse across projects, like login and billing components. I keep ownership of those, and you get a permanent license to use them as part of your software, so nothing you depend on can be taken away.
What if I need changes after launch?
Small changes are covered by the monthly support plan. Larger features get their own written scope and fixed price, same as the original build.
Do you only work with businesses in North and South Carolina?
No. I work with businesses anywhere. Most of the work happens remotely, and I come on site for meetings when the project calls for it. I'm based in Kings Mountain, North Carolina.
What do you build with?
Microsoft .NET for web and mobile apps, with SQL Server for data and Stripe for payments. It's mainstream, well supported business technology, so you're never locked into an obscure tool.
Tell me what's slowing your business down.
A 20-minute call is enough to know whether custom software makes sense. If it doesn't, I'll say so.
