Fix or rebuild
If you go ahead, the work gets its own written scope and fixed price. Anything worth keeping, I keep. Start within 30 days and the full $750 assessment fee comes off the price.
Keep it running
Monthly support keeps it hosted, backed up, secure, and improving, so it doesn't stall again.
